End-of-Year Highlights at Beis Chana
As we enter the final weeks of the school year, our halls are buzzing with excitement,
accomplishment, and meaningful moments. These last few weeks are dedicated to
wrapping up the curriculum and preparing the girls for their upcoming finals. The girls
have already received their finals schedules, and a copy will be sent home shortly for
your reference as well.
A Meaningful Conclusion to Bayis Yehudi
Our seniors recently concluded their Bayis Yehudi class with Mrs. Altein in a truly
memorable way. The girls enjoyed a special lunch program followed by a meaningful
mikvah tour led by Mrs. Chaya Leverov. The experience was deeply appreciated, and
the girls gained a greater understanding and appreciation for this important mitzvah and
the lessons they learned throughout the year.
Celebrating Our Seniors
We wish our seniors a heartfelt Mazel Tov as they prepare to embark on their
graduation trip beginning Friday, י״ג סיון, through Wednesday, י״ח סיון. We are so excited
for them to enjoy this special milestone together.
We also look forward to celebrating their many achievements and accomplishments at
the graduation ceremony, which will take place on Tuesday, א׳ תמוז. Family and friends
are warmly invited to join us in honoring the tremendous growth and success of this
exceptional class.
Big and Little Sister Program Finale
On Thursday, the girls enjoyed the final Big and Little Sister program of the year.
Together, they made “sun-baked s’mores” and spent meaningful time bonding with their
“sisters.” It was a sweet and memorable way to conclude another successful year of
friendship and connection.
Mazel Tov to Batya Stern!
Friday brought another exciting celebration as the school joined together to celebrate
the engagement of our own Batya Stern. The Achos Committee marked the occasion
with a beautiful video centered around Batya’s engagement while also launching the
upcoming Achos trip and announcing the names of all the winners.
Hachana for Gimmel Tammuz Farbrengen
Please save the date and encourage your daughter to join us for our special Hachana for Gimmel Tammuz farbrengen, taking place Thursday evening, י״ט סיון. More details will be shared
shortly.
Important Notice for Tenth Grade Parents
The teenage years are often filled with questions, growth, and self-discovery. At Beis
Chana, we strive to support our students with sensitivity, guidance, and Torah values as
they navigate these formative years.
Please be informed that on Tuesday, י״ז סיון, and Thursday, י״ט סיון, Mrs. Altein will be
speaking with our tenth graders on topics concerning girl-boy relationships according to
Torah. Mrs. Altein has been trained through Mikvah.org, an organization operating
under the guidance and supervision of Rabbonim and Mashpi’im, to address these
important subjects appropriately and thoughtfully.
Students have been encouraged to submit questions anonymously in advance, and
every effort will be made to approach these discussions with sensitivity and in the spirit
of Torah and Chassidus.
