Preparing for Our Upcoming Production
As we approach our upcoming production, excitement is building throughout the school. Alongside this enthusiasm, we remain committed to maintaining our rigorous academic schedule. To support the girls during this busy and exciting time, beginning next week there will be a blackout period, during which no tests will be assigned until after the production.
We warmly encourage families to invite friends and relatives to attend the performance and to purchase tickets. In addition, placing an advertisement in our playbill is a wonderful way to show support. These contributions play an important role in sustaining our production and allow us to continue offering meaningful, creative programming for our students.
Celebrating חמשה עשר בשבט
This week, our celebration of חמשה עשר בשבט was both sweet and meaningful. The girls enjoyed a hands-on activity, creating chocolate bark in the shape of a tree and filling it with a colorful variety of delicious fruits.
Beyond the activity itself, we took time to reflect on the deeper message of the day. Through a thoughtful poem, we explored the concept of כי האדם עץ השדה, emphasizing growth, nurturing, and potential. This message resonated deeply as we discussed how our students are developing into strong, fruit-bearing trees who will, בעז"ה, carry our מסורה forward with pride.
Special כ״ב שבט Banquet
All students are encouraged to attend a special banquet in honor of כ״ב שבט, commemorating our dear and beloved Shaina Welner, שיינא ע״ה בת יבלח״ט ר' יעקב חיים.
