Embracing Inspiration: A Week of Learning, Leadership, and Excitement

December 5th, 2025

This week has been filled with enthusiasm and meaningful growth as our ninth- and tenth-grade students began their annual Chassidus reports. This cherished project gives each girl the chance to delve deeply into Chassidic teachings, explore a topic of personal interest, and reflect on the powerful lessons they can bring into their own lives.

For our ninth graders, the focus is on researching a Chossid of note—learning from the life, values, and influence of remarkable individuals who embody the spirit of Chassidus. Our tenth graders, meanwhile, are engaging in a research project grounded in the Igros Kodesh, uncovering the Rebbe’s guidance and wisdom on a topic of their choosing. Each girl will present her findings through a written report and an oral presentation, showcasing not only research skills, but also creativity, insight, and personal connection.

Adding to the excitement of the week, we celebrated our dedicated participants in the Achos Program with a delicious ice cream bar on Tuesday. It was a sweet way to acknowledge their commitment and camaraderie!

We are also thrilled to announce an inspiring farbrengen planned for Monday night, י״ח כסלו (December 8), in honor of י״ט כסלו. Please stay tuned for more details about this uplifting event and the special program in the works for this auspicious day.

And of course—the countdown to our Shabbaton has begun!

The girls will gather at Chabad on Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. for davening and breakfast

The Shabbaton promises to be an unforgettable experience filled with:

  • Delicious Shabbos meals

  • Games and bonding activities

  • Uplifting davening and singing

  • Inspiring farbrengens with Rabbi Bryski, Rabbi Majesky, and Rabbi Filler

  • A beautiful stop at Watson Lake for a scenic hike and Mincha

  • A meaningful Shabbos at Camp Stein in Prescott

  • A grand Melave Malka

  • Ice skating

  • And finally, the return trip to Phoenix, with an estimated drop-off at Chabad at 1:30 a.m.

We look forward to sharing a spiritually enriching, joy-filled, and memorable Shabbaton together!
